About Siriwan Apperley (May)
May’s journey into wellness began with a strong passion for yoga and fitness, which she has cultivated over many years. Her holistic approach blends yoga therapy, fitness coaching, and specialized rehabilitation, making her a highly respected expert in her field. May is deeply committed to helping others embrace movement and wellness, with her extensive experience and specialized training reflecting this dedication.
May’s career took off in 2009 shortly after the birth of her son, when she became a certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach. Her drive to help people achieve optimal health led her to dive deeper into yoga, a practice she started in 2007. Recognizing its transformative benefits, May became a certified Yoga Instructor and gradually specialized in areas such as yoga therapy, pregnancy and postnatal care, corrective exercise, and fitness training.
Her passion for yoga expanded as she pursued certifications in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Therapy, further honing her skills in children’s yoga and therapeutic practices aimed at improving general wellness. May is also a certified Pilates Anatomy Instructor and a qualified Nutrition Specialist, which allows her to take a comprehensive holistic approach to health and wellness.



With her varied qualifications, May is able to offer a range of services, from therapeutic yoga classes to strength coaching and personalized wellness plans that integrate fitness, yoga, and nutrition for sustainable well-being. Whether she’s working with pregnant and postpartum clients, helping with injury recovery, or guiding individuals toward greater fitness, May draws on her deep knowledge of anatomy, movement, and therapeutic techniques to deliver the best care.
May’s expertise particularly shines in Yoga Therapy for Pregnancy, Postpartum Recovery, and Rejuvenative Practices. Through customized sessions, she helps clients overcome their unique challenges while enhancing physical health and mental clarity and ensuring that every practice is safe and supportive.
